Do you accept walk-ins for tattoos or piercings?

Appointments are preferred to guarantee time, but walk-ins are welcomed Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm based on studio availability.

What are the ID and age requirements for minor piercings in New York State?

Minors require a parent or legal guardian physically present with valid government-issued photo IDs for both, plus the original birth certificate to verify legal guardianship.

Do you use piercing guns or single-use needles?

Sink or Swim uses 100% single-use, sterile needle-only techniques and implant-grade ASTM F-136 titanium or gold jewelry. Piercing guns are never used.

How to Find Our Studio & Parking Information

Sink or Swim Tattoo and Piercing is located right on Niagara Falls Boulevard (Route 62), making our studio exceptionally easy to reach from all major Western New York travel corridors. We are situated in the Niagara Falls/wheatfield area, right in front of the Niagara Falls Airport, and a short drive from the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls. If you are traveling from downtown Buffalo or the surrounding Southtowns, simply take the I-190 North or the Youngmann Expressway (I-290) directly to the Boulevard exit.

Our location features a spacious, private, on-site parking lot with free parking directly in front of the building, offering stress-free arrivals for scheduled piercing appointments, jewelry downsizes, and tattoo appointments.
